Request deletion of your account and data on the STK UZMAN mobile app.

Which app does this page apply to?

This page is for requesting deletion of the account you created in the STK UZMAN mobile app, along with the data linked to it.

How do I request deletion?

There is currently no self-service account deletion option inside the app. You can submit your request using the form on this page, or by emailing info@vuslatyazilim.com. Please use the email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity.

What data gets deleted?

  • • Account profile information such as name, email, and phone number
  • • Your in-app login credentials
  • • Notification and preference settings tied to your account

What data may be retained?

Financial records such as donation/transaction data that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes may continue to be retained, separately and with restricted access, for the legally mandated retention period, after which it is deleted.

How long does it take?

Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest, and you will be notified of the outcome by email.
